Arguments in favor of a vegetarian diet


Health
Alexandra Sifferlin informed vegetarians lived longer because they had low blood pressure, lower risk of cancer and heart disease. Paula Martinac confirmed a vegetarian diet helped prevent digestive conditions, heart disease, high blood pressure and even certain cancers.
However, Martinac warned that if you didn’t consume a balanced vegetarian diet you might experience deficiencies. It is necessary to combine proteins, for example, eating beans with brown rice.

Animal rights
An article in the BBC explained modern agriculture often violated animal interests. For example: their right to live in natural conditions, to enjoy a normal lifestyle in their habitats, to eat a natural diet and to be free from fear and pain.
